Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers have been announced as
headliners of The Isle of Wight Festival 2012. This will be an extra special
performance, as it marks the band's first ever UK festival appearance and their
first major UK show in 20 years.

And if that wasn’t enough, headlining on Saturday night is
the legendary Boss himself - Bruce Springsteen. Following a major UK tour he
will wow fans at the festival next summer.
